Siouxsie Sioux appreciation moment

I'd like to take a moment to go off THE SUBJECT and talk about another fabulous female icon, Siouxsie Sioux.



Siouxsie has been consistently been putting out fantastic albums for the past 32 years, a rather shockingly long time.
She is 52 years old.
As one of the main cultural icons of the Punk/Goth generation, how she escaped the 80's seemingly unscathed is a mystery to me.
She has always been, and continues to be, one of my favorite female role models.
After 30-some years, Siouxsie continues to be a smart, original, prolific and compelling individual.
This, I find, to be a rarity.

Today I get the "Go to Jail" card in the game of "Ready or not!".



If your just tuning in, "Ready or not!" is a game I play in which I have to make a new piece of Hillary art each day.

MSNBC has a new poll up about President Obama.
Republicans are flooding it with "F" votes.
Please take a half a second to give the man an "A" like he deserves!

The S.S. HILLARY has set sail.

It's passengers; the mythic creatures of our ancient past.

They have been awakened from their centuries of slumber for this specific moment in time.

Hill-cleanse/Hill-shrine

Today I feel a new vigor and excitement about what I'm doing, you know, this Hillary thing.

It could be due to my 3rd week of being on the "Hill-cleanse", or it could be just spring.

Anyhow, I have begun building a Hill-shrine on top of the mountain.

I will be blowing the dust off some of the worst musicals ever, such as....

This was one of my favorites growing up, I still know all the words... scary!
