A strange night in Bisbee

Bisbee caught on fire this afternoon, it started with a man burning his garbage and turned into a massive fire! It has spread all around the area I live but hasn't taken any houses. Certain areas have been evacuated but not where I live. We are on watch though and have some stuff packed up. You guessed right if you think my Hillary painting with her signature is tops on my list of things to take! The fire swept past our house late this afternoon and was at it's worst, but here I am, merrily blogging!
Shawnee and I climbed around the mountain tonight and took these pictures...

This one Shanwee took in the dark and I manipulated it a bit!

The fire is still cruising the hills around us, so I don't think it will be a restful night!

omigosh! That's terrible. Just glad you and your Hillary portrait - autographed - are safe. And Shawnee. That second picture is so professional. And the Hillary car! Can't let anything happen to that! Has the man been arrested? Is everyone else okay? Great picture. We have taken pictures like that form our back porch of the fires in the Catalinas. Thank goodness they stopped before reaching our house.

Very cinimatic picture. Hope you are all safe and that your art is with you.

I don't think the man was arrested. I would hate to be that guy! Well, it was a smoky night, our throats hurt this morning, but everyone is fine! We are very lucky! This town is basically a tinder box, it's amazing the fire didn't burn the town down!
