It's almost Thanksgiving so I figure I should give thanks today, and party my ass off tomorrow.
This photo is from my "Stevie Nicks rocker years". From those hazy years I wrote the autobiographical book, "Flying High with Stevie Nicks". I was really a mess back then, but it made me who I am today. As they say, "if it doesn't break you, it will make you".
I'd like to give my thanks to Stevie in the form of a song....
If I leave here tomorrow
Would you still remember me?
For I must be travelling on, now,
'Cause there's too many places I've got to see.
But, if I stayed here with you, girl,
Things just couldn't be the same.
'Cause I'm as free as a bird now,
And this bird you can not change.
Lord knows, I can't change.
Moving my blog...

Gretchen I love the free bird that you are! By the way, after Bruce Endres measured the fall, which I know was bad for sure, it was a 14 foot fall, as opposed to the 20-30 foot fall I was first told. Luckily Harrod seems mighty good actually, and Rick looks great these days. Rick will be here on Tday too.
Jan 20th you will have Wings Baby!
I loved the "Ex-Lovers of Stevie Nicks Psychic Fair" party more than words can say really... I love you GB!! Big hugs!
Hold on to your copy of "Flying high", since it's out of print it's probably worth a fortune by now!
i love that you wrote the book already! you are not out of print so i look forward to the continuation of GB..but you can't title it "Beyond Flying High w/Stevie Nicks"
Those days are gone. I wrote the book as a way of letting go. My next book will called something like, "My best friend, Hillary".
