Hello, I'm Gretchen and I have a problem. I'm a Sarah Palin addict. My life has spun out of control. I try every day to turn over a new leaf. I try to stop thinking about her, stop talking about her, and most of all... stop blogging about her.
Every day I fail myself once again. It seems I can't even think of something to blog about that's not about "her".
Ever time I walk down the street I find myself in yet another heated discussions about "her".
I need help.
If you suffer from the same problem I do, let's overcome this thing together, and get out lives back on trac. It is comforting to know I am not alone.
A friend of mine suggested that we start here:
1.) We admitted we were powerless over Sarah Palin--that our lives have become unmanageable.
Let's meditate on this and see where it takes us.
Your suggestions on what to do next would be very helpful.
I tried looking at the AA 12 steps, but all that God stuff reminds me of....well, you know.
I'm going to begin to meditate and not think about " she who shall remain nameless"...
OMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Let's begin by imagining we are willows bending in the breeze as we meditate on the Piper, Krishna. Let's remove from our minds any thought that will Triger any thoughts about "her".
We ask that thoughts that aren't of a higher nature, pale in comparison. Let us be free!

Kids today! I was at the supermarket this morning when I saw the shocking headlines on this week's National Enquirer.

How can a woman who can't even control her own family think she can run the country?
I have 5 kids myself.
As for this S.P.A. business, I simply don't have the time to give much thought to such nonsense!
Um, you know you said, "pale in comparison", right?
Gretchen, I do not understand why you are giving SP so much energy, good or bad, it's not doing the Democrats any favors. Give it up, don't mention her again on your blog, you will be doing yourself a favor.
O.K., Kate, I'll stop thinking about her, I promise. I'm just going to buy today's National Enquirer... and that's it.. just this once! I can stop any time I want to, you know!
SP reminds me of Kali.
I can quit whenever I want, I have quit cold turkey in the past...He says from the cloud emitted from his lung-dart.
:-)
I feel ya! I really do...She has taken over the news cycle, even on my blog. Sarah is evil.
Your right, Chew-me, Kali is much more appropriate!
Gretchen....
I said to myself.... what a come back. You were going to meditate on the Piper.... did you know that is the name of Ms Palins youngest child... before the last youngest child treg... before she becomes a grandmother?
Oops, KK, I seem to have subconsciously named all the Palin children in this post. I guess that shows how much I need S.P.A.!
... I forgot Bristol though! There's still hope!

Here's some interesting news. Archeologists have unearthed a giant sleeping Buddha very close to the Bamiyan statues that the Taliban destroyed in Afghanistan. It's 19 meters, not in very good condition but makes me happy today. Here's a link.

I got a idea for SPA,we take Sarah fill her full of condoms and hang her by her feet over the wall in Naco, then beat her like a pinata!
KK, can you give us any goods from Palinland?
We need another H.C.A. Secret Agent on the job in Alaska. The pay is good, any interest?
