The thing is though, they seem to be some of the friendliest people around. They're just hanging out. They aren't important acting politicos with cell phones, which seems to be the most prevalent type of people around here.
If you beg them, they'll even cuff you.
I wonder what I'm going to have to do to wind up in the pen?
