Your two undeveloped melmac papers are Shirley, do you remember? I never got them into the mail, as only getting 4 fused into the magic melamine wasn't cost effective, I am waiting until I complete 3 more, and then will mail the 2 of mine and 2 of yours and 3 plus new ones. Happy Valentine's Day! xoKATE
Florence & Shirley are friends - In fact they are starting a new stage show together. Both born the same year, almost a month apart Feb 14th for Flo and March 31st for Shirl. One was a Pennsylvania Yankee and the other, a Kentucky Belle. One was an only child, while the other the youngest of ten. One of their fathers founded a brewery, the others father made moonshine. One sang in the church choir and one sang in the local grocery store for food. Both borrowed money to get to the Big Apple where they both auditioned for Richard Rogers and were asked if they would sing for his partner Oscar Hammerstein. Both got the job (However, one was for “South Pacific” and the other for “Oklahoma!” - Roles they would both play in time). Both were in huge demand on the biggest variety shows of the time and both continue to work regularly today in guest starring roles on Primetime television. Both were popular TV mom’s, whose hairstyles defined an era.
The Hillary Clinton Army has been disbanded until further notice. If and when our services are needed again... we will fire this blog back up, put on our Polyester Pantsuits, and kick some ass!
