After a wave of reports of mysterious attacks involving people wearing unbelievably bright pantsuits, a special task force is set up to investigate this strange occurrence. Included in this crack team is a psychic who's Extra Sensory Pantsuit Powers are legendary, an underwater poet who's never without of his scuba gear and pen, and a master of disguise who conceals his appearance by dressing as Goldie Hawn.
