...Off into the sunset!

We are heading off tonight to Charleston, West Virginia. There is a Hill-rally there at 8 AM tomorrow, plus a few Bill rallies tomorrow in various locations around the area. Is this where I start signing that John Denver song?

Gretchen, the adventure continues! Shawnee visited and picked up the check from last night. That will be great if he meets you in Puerto Rico! So GREAT that Melissa can be with you during this part of the campaign!

You have met so many wonderful people on this life trip. I'm very happy for you. I know you have made Hillary and her family feel a lot better seeing that Hill Car everywhere. You have a remarkable way of making people feel better with your energy and enthusiasm. You are always positive. You're always smiling and laughing. You make lemonade out of lemons. I treasure your friendship.

Yes please do sing that John Denver song for Hillary..it was on Poems, Prayers and Promises...just what we need

Almost heaven, west virginia
Blue ridge mountains
Shenandoah river -
Life is old there
Older than the trees
Younger than the mountains
Growin like a breeze

Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West virginia, mountain momma
Take me home, country roads

All my memories gathered round her
Miners lady, stranger to blue water
Dark and dusty, painted on the sky
Misty taste of moonshine
Teardrops in my eye

Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West virginia, mountain momma
Take me home, country roads

I hear Hillary's voice
In the mornin hour she calls me
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And drivin down the road I get a feelin
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterday

OPEN LETTER TO SEN. CLINTON:
Dear Sen. Clinton, I am a big-time fan of your family and I admire your wisdom, experience and intelligence. I supported your husband and, when living in New York City, I supported you. But now I am begging: Please drop out of the race for the presidency and focus your attention on Sen. Obama winning the general election. We need change in the White House and Sen. Obama is our only chance for change. He is strong, intelligent and perfectly capable of leading our nation from Day One. With your help and support, we can reunify the Democratic Party and achieve victory. This country needs healing and that healing is to a great extent in your hands. Please drop out of the race and put your support behind Sen. Barack Obama! And to Hillary Clinton's supporters: Please don't let your anger and frustration keep you from supporting the Democratic Party in the general election no matter the outcome of the primaries. Both Clinton and Obama are highly qualified candidates with similar ideas and strengths. Let's stick together for change in the White House! The future of our country depends on it. Very respectfully yours.... MKemp

Hi, MKemp, Obama doesn't want Hillary to drop out because she's going to win the next 2 states and it would really make him look bad if he lost to a non-candidate! :o)

My gut feeling is she will drop the negs about BO and start aiming for VP unless something drastic happens to make her the Prez.

Gretchen, you are the best! I miss you!
